Smart Warehouse Systems Ltd was incorporated in 1988 and has offices in the UK: West London, Cheltenham (South Midlands) and Exeter (South West). Such has been the proven success of SWS warehouse management software, that the product is internationally available and in use.

SWS is run by a team of seasoned professionals with a broad range of skills gained through working in various sectors of the warehousing industry: logistics consultancy, warehouse methodology and people management.

Over the past 25 years, SWS has built a solid reputation for its jargon-free customer focused approach with personal face-to-face contact and an outstanding support service. The result is a loyal base of customers from a diverse range of industries such as Orbital Marketing Services, Royal Mail, Katsouris Brothers, AJ Edge, Brabantia Solid Company, Border Group, Jensa Distribution and Daler Rowney.

Key Personnel

Managing Director Richard Matthews, a founder member of SWS, has over 30 years warehouse industry experience. Based at the Exeter office, Richard drives product development, sales and marketing.0 He is often the first to visit a prospective client and has the enviable gift of being able to communicate successfully with any tier of warehousing management.

Baz Walker is well known in Logistics, warehouse procedures, racking and maintenance.

John Twiname is responsible for IT systems and software.

Robert Shaw, the company Chairman, keeps us focused on customer support.
