SWS maintains personnel on the end of the telephone throughout each working day (8am – 6pm, Monday to Friday) so that you can always be sure of the friendly, helpful voice of a trained technician on the end of the phone whenever you need it. Our consultants are happy to travel (on request) to your site to deal with any problems or changes on a one-to-one basis.

Personal contact and continuous monitoring of each site takes place via telephone and online connectivity. We do not operate off-site call centres nor do our personnel attempt to sell you software or services you do not need.
